3. Listing Fees & Payments

Campaign listings on Affiliate Place require a one-time listing fee. All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. Listing fees are non-refundable once the campaign has been published and made visible on the platform. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time, but changes will not affect already-published listings.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Affiliate Place, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your campaign listings
• Not submit misleading, fraudulent, or illegal content
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to disrupt or compromise the platform's security
• Maintain the accuracy of your campaign information

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you submit to Affiliate Place. By publishing a campaign, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your content on our platform for the duration of your listing. The Affiliate Place name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Affiliate Place is an information directory provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not operate or manage any affiliate program listed on our platform. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party program details, the quality or legitimacy of listed programs, or any disputes between users and program operators. Users should independently verify all program information before participating. Our liability is limited to the amount of listing fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to remove any campaign listing or suspend any account that violates these terms, without prior notice or refund. You may stop using our services at any time. Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through our platform. Your continued use of Affiliate Place after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
